Lynden is the Superintendent of Mannahouse Christian Academy, a multisite Prek - 12th grade school system, serving the Pacific Northwest communities of Portland, Vancouver, and Eugene. Lynden has over 20 years of educational leadership experience in both the public and private Christian school environments.

With 30 years of experience in digital solutions for the world's top entertainment studios and corporate brands, Perry Wang is a cofounder of Trigger XR -- a full-service software agency specializing in augmented and mixed reality. He has supported Pacific Northwest nonprofits as a board member and in operations, technology and marketing roles.

Nick is a Vice-President and co-owner of Gateway Communications, a company specializing in charitable fundraising communications. He has spent his nearly 25 year career helping nonprofit organizations serve individuals, families and students in local communities throughout the US and around the world. Nick's wife of 24 years serves in an accounting and registrar role in a local Christian School where his 3 teenage children attend.

Carlos is ICF certified and works as an Elevate and Leadership Coach with Building Champions. Prior to working with Building Champions, Carlos worked in higher education at Portland Bible College holding a variety of roles in the areas of Human Resources, Administration, Student Services and School Advancement. Carlos has also previously worked at both George Fox University and the Peter Drucker & Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management.
